In the event of a need to return your purchase, contact our customer service team on
0208 931 9292 for a returns ref. Please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 3 days, for a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items (not including shipping costs.)

We recommend that you request a certificate of posting on despatching your goods. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.

Please note that we do not accept the return of CD's, DVD's.

If Replacement items need to be sent out they will incur a shipping charge relevant to your delivery address.

In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel your order for within 5 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay the return shipping.
